Had a friend break a tooth and was taking her to get emergency dental care. I know theyβre an on call service, but the front door was locked and the lights were off when we got there. My friend called and a gentleman said he would let us in the employee entrance. The man met us and did not look like a dentist or dental assistance, although he was perfectly nice. Going in the appearance of the office was not pleasant and my friend expressed some fear about getting work done here, so I said thanks but no thanks and we went to find another place. The gentleman asked what the problem was when we left and thatβs why Iβm writing this review. Also upon reviewing the website itβs mostly pictures of real mouths and teeth. Shades of Little Shop of Horrors.

Their phone system hangs up on you; you'll be prompted to enter a zip code, and you'll enter the zip code perfectly, only to hear "invalid selection ::click::" Waste of time.

Rude and unprofessional. I called on behalf of my husband who was experiencing severe mouth pain due to a tooth implant and the man who answered the phone was absolutely rude. He started talking over me and when I asked him to repeat himself his response was "you can't hear me because you have kids yelling in the background" which they weren't. After seeing the rest of the reviews here it all makes sense, thank goodness I didn't send my husband there, who knows what he would've encountered.

Tried to make an appt for an Emergency extraction and I just wanted to give the information I was given so I could make the right decision of whether I needed to do something immediately or wait until Monday. The man on the phone constantly cut me off and basically just tried to push me off the phone without even trying to empathize with me as a patient in pain. I was even willing to pay out of pocket if necessary, but his actions made me not want to be treated here even if they offered it for free. I have worked in healthcare for almost 7 years now, do better!

UPDATE: It's been over a year and they still have not submitted a claim for me to get reimubursed my $450 just for x-rays. No actual dental work was performed. My insurance keeps calling them to submit it and they keep saying they will but they haven't. They robbed me of my money. I would not reccomend anyone coming here at all. Unfortuantely, I had a really bad cavity the day of my birthday and needed care for the terrible pain I was having. I could not go 5 minutes without my tooth throbbing in excruciating pain. I found this emergency dentist that was open on a Saturday. The minute I walked in, I had an uneasy feeling about the space. It did not feel comforting at all. There wasn't anyone at the front desk and when a dental assistant became available, either the boss or owner, was doing a terrible job of guiding her. He was talking loudly and slowly in her face because he felt like she didn't speak english well when really he just was not good at explaining and being patient. He said to her word for word "You need to speak English better." I felt like if my white boyfriend wasn't there with me, I would be treated the same way. This was all in front of us while I'm in pain. She
